This is the auction where AnniesBid meets Annie Oakley! Duel auctions provide skilled bidders unique ways to compete, cooperate, and to establish their skills for all to see.  All top bidders (see who they are on our Leaderboard) at AnniesBid must compete and win one duel per month to keep their name.  But all intermediate or higher bidders can compete to win bounties of cash and bids on top of the auction item.

About Duel Auction Reserve Prices, Bids Back and Daily Bonus Bids

Note: some duel auctions feature reserves.  If they do, the reserve is posted above and the auction must reach or exceed this reserve in order for the item or any bounties to be awarded. If the item closes below this reserve, it will reset to a time in the future depending on the auction.  If an auction closes below reserve, the last bidder during that cycle gets bids back plus a bonus of 25% of bids placed.

The Bid Pacemaker is used to help you make sure you can bid on items that you want. It will automatically place bids for you, even if you close your browser window or an auction has closed and restarted.

The Bid Pacemaker will place bids when the clock is between 1 and 15 seconds. Set a minimum price point that you want it to start bidding (example: 1.50), a maximum price point you would like it to stop (example: 3.50), and a maximum number of bids that the Bid Pacemaker will be allowed to use (up to a maximum point of 200). Click Activate to turn the Bid Pacemaker on, and Deactivate to turn it off.

Any time you would like to make a change to the Bid Pacemaker, such as changing the amount of bids to use, you will need to click activate again. You will be able to place bids normally as well when the Bid Pacemaker is active.

When an asterisk (*) is next to a bidder's username, it indicates that the bid has been placed through the Bid Pacemaker.
